Remembrance Day Service

Our Remembrance Day Service will be held on Friday.  The service will start at 2 pm and students are dismissed when the service is over.  Parents are welcome, although seating will be limited.  Students should come to school in their regular uniform.

Skating

Just a reminder that we are going skating on Wednesday morning this week.  Students are allowed to wear play clothes and need to bring a helmet and skates if they have them.

Memory Work

For the month of November we will be learning Galations 5: 22,23.  "For the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control; against such there is no law." Thank you for taking time to practise this Scripture at home!

Spelling Test Nov. 8

I will introduce the words today and the Spelling test will be on Friday, Nov. 8.  Here are the words:  hat, be, am, is, bed  Home practise is helpful!

Family Presentations

Last we completed our family presentations.  I was proud of how well the students did and wanted to share a few pictures.

Fall Color Day

Just a reminder that tomorrow is Fall Color Day (Oct 31).  Students may choose to wear casual pants and a fall colored shirt, or otherwise just wear school uniform.  (not a play clothes day and no costumes, please!)  Thank you!

Spelling Test

I will introduce the 5 new words today, and the test will be on Thursday, Oct.31.  Please practise printing these words at home:  six, all, my, not, ten.
